ICEBREAKER: Will start before the brainstorm session. Mod will ask a few questions for everyone to answer and get to know one another before the brainstorm session begins. Let's get to know one another!

AWESOME IDEAS: Once the Mod announces specific contributors' page types, contributors are free to begin brainstorming different ideas for their respective page types. Contributors are encouraged to bounce ideas with each other in this specific channel. Contributors should choose 1-3 ideas they are interested in doing. 

NEED GREENLIGHT: Once the Mod drops the main spreadsheet link into the server at the time and date announced by the Mod, contributors are free to share their pitch ideas of what they want to do. The pitches are to be shared in this specific channel and the Mod will either greenlight the idea or ask for another idea pitch to greenlight.

INITIAL SKETCHES: This channel is for posting initial sketches. It can be one sketch or many different variations with different compositions.

ROUGHDRAFT: Artists, once you've decided on a composition/vibe, then share any updates or drafts on your piece here. If you're stuck, @everyone in the server and ask for feedback, we're all here to help one another!

MERCH: Merch templates/sizes will be provided in this channel for merch artists. Final merch art should be submitted here.

WRITERS: For writing check-ins, discussion, and final submissions. Writers to DM respective artists/graphic designers to bounce ideas.

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS: For graphic design check-ins, discussion, and final submissions. Graphic designers to DM respective artists/graphic designers to bounce ideas.

ART CHECK-INS: Check-ins are progress reports (just checking in with updates).

First check-ins are rough drafts that need to be completed. 

Second check-ins are almost finished pieces (about 70% of your work should be done)

ART FINAL SUBMISSIONS: All art final submissions should be submitted to this channel as an RGB- JPEG/BITMAP/PNG.

PROMO PIECE: Submit final promo art piece to this channel so that the Mod can collage it into a big Instagram grid.

PDF EDITS: Once the mod shares the final draft for the pdf, feel free to look over it. If you find any spelling/grammar/spacing mistakes for the PDF, please share edit notes in this server channel.
