THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE ZINE

The zine is an AU (alternate universe). The characters traveled all around the world and they've become very famous (so famous that a series was made about them). The characters are not actors, but they are aware that they now have fame. The zine takes place after the end of the series, up to current storyline.

KEY THINGS ABOUT THE ZINE

• From appearance to story, we try to stick close to the series (though just with a slight modern twist).

• Yes, this AU allows for the "re-appearance" of key characters. However, if they died early on in the storyline, please keep them deceased, as we want the main plot of the story to make sense.

• This is our zines' vibes: Fashion, food, drinks, adventure, travel, nature, empowerment, friendship, and fun.

• Note for branding-ads: we love puns & play on words for the ads/logos/motto.

WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED?

• We try to make this zine as family-friendly as we can. This doesn't mean you can't touch on mature subject or language, but basically tone things down.

• Don't make an alcohol/wine/smoking ad: we don't want it to seem as if we're actively promoting drinking and smoking. 

However, you can have a bit of drinking/smoking in your interviews. Interviews tend to be casual, but realistic to the characters.

• Don't make a weapons or armor ad: weapons are usually advertised in weapon magazines. Plus armor advertisements would juxtapose the fashion & food vibe of the zine. 

However, you can have weapons/armor in your interviews. The difference between having weapons talked about in an interview versus an advertisement is the fact that in interviews, there's an educational aspect to it.

• Don't add any offensive, vulgar, or demonic aspect to your pieces: we want this zine to work for most everyone.
